The development process follows two main paths: if you already own a plot of land, we can begin directly, or we can help you find the ideal location. Once the land is secured, the process involves choosing a house model, refining floor plans, approving the final design, obtaining stamped documentation, and submitting for permits. Once permits are approved, we plan construction. On average, it takes 7-9 months from securing land to completing the home.

Currently, SoloHS focuses on the Northeastern U.S., within approximately 500 miles from NYC. We serve locations across New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine. However, our expansion strategy aims to bring the Resort-Inspired Home experience to all 50 states, reaching various locations nationwide.
